At Nickgives, we work to process orders quickly so your items can be delivered without unnecessary delay. Because of this efficient workflow, cancellation or modification requests must be made within a limited time window.
This policy explains when and how orders can be canceled or changed after they are placed on nickgives.com.
1. Order Processing Timeline
All orders begin processing shortly after payment is successfully completed. Our standard processing details are:
- Handling Time: 1 business day
- Processing Days: Monday – Friday
- Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST
Orders placed after the cut-off time or outside business days will be processed on the next business day.
2. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order if it has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage.

Please note:
- Cancellation requests are time-sensitive and not guaranteed
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled
If your order has already shipped, you may return it after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Changing an Order
You may request changes to your order before it has been processed. Eligible changes may include:
- Updating the shipping address
- Correcting customer information (name, phone number)
- Changing product size, color, or quantity
Once an order has entered the packing or shipping stage, changes can no longer be made.
4. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in:
- Delivery delays
- Failed delivery attempts
- Returned shipments
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
5. Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped:
- It cannot be canceled or modified
- You may attempt to contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to request delivery adjustments
- Delivery changes are subject to the carrier’s policies and are not guaranteed
6. Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Items
In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed:
- You will be notified promptly
- You may choose a replacement item, store credit, or a full refund
7. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- A full refund will be issued
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Funds will be returned to the original payment method
- No cancellation fees will be charged
8. Fraud Prevention & Verification
For security purposes, we may review or delay orders that appear unusual or high-risk. Additional verification may be required before processing.
Nickgives reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be verified or that violate our policies.
